Shoe Mill operates fine footwear retail stores that specialize in quality shoes and accessories. We have been operating out of Portland, Oregon for over 40 years! Our business has grown from a single store into a most trusted, independently owned shoe retailer in the Pacific Northwest.
Taking care of you
We are still following the state mandate of wearing masks in our stores at all times, to keep both customers and our staff as safe as possible.
We clean our stores and sanitize all shoes in between try-ons.
While you might not be able to see it behind our masks, we like to welcome all customers with a smile!
When you come in, we want to make sure we help you find what you are looking for. Our associates will ask you about past purchases, to see what worked best for you in the past or to find out which styles and brands to avoid while helping you to shop.
Popular fashion is not our only aim however, as a company who genuinely cares for the foot health of our valued clientele, we maintain the long-standing purpose to fit our customers properly.
Shoe Mill wants to make sure that we get the best fit for your shoes, so when you come into our stores we prefer to sit down and take a new measurement of your feet.
