We allow returns on unworn/as new condition merchandise within 60 days of purchase date.

It’s as easy as 1…2…3… to get a return label!
Use of our prepaid return shipping label will result in a flat $10 charge taken from the refund total. Exceptions are made for issues which are a result of error by Shoe Mill. Contact customer service if you believe you should not be charged. You are not required to use our return shipping label.
Included with your package was a packing slip. Please use your packing slip to locate your order number. You will need your order number to look up your purchase on the following page. The number should read: SM, a dash and then 5 digits (SM-XXXXX).

Print the label and stick on the original packaging.

Place all items in the original packaging and drop at your local UPS store.
Once you have printed your label, please place the return order (including shoebox) in a shipping box and affix the label. DO NOT put the return label directly on the shoe box. Please include the original or a copy of your packing slip, if the packing slip is not available, please write a note with the order number and include that.
Online returns dropped off at one of our Portland/Salem stores will be forwarded to our Online Department for return processing.
Worn merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products not returned in original box or a separate shipping package/box are subject to a 10% reboxing fee.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Once returns are received in our warehouse, our Returns Team will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, it will be forwarded to the Finance Team for processing. This can take from 1-3 business days.
Please Note: During peak trading times (including but not limited to Christmas and sale) refunds may take slightly longer to process.
