Strength and Motion by Shoe Mill was started after I realized there was no place for Crossfitters and Functional Fitness enthusiasts in the Portland Metro area to get properly fit in the right shoes for them.
After all, Shoe Mill was built on the belief that for it to be the right shoe, it has to be right for use and fit shape of the human foot.
